Hope all of my American friends around the world have a wonderful time celebrating our INDEPENDENCE!!!! It's super hot here in Texas and we'll be enjoying the comfort of our air condition! 

I'm excited to be stamping again.... and today I have a card for the new Inspired By Challenge!

Here is the fun inspiration photo & sketch  #IB296 Strawberries....

My inspiration came from the "strawberry theme" and the colors.

I pulled out some of my new THE GREETERY goodies and matched them up with one of my older Strawberry Sets from Flourishes.

Here is this weeks #IB289 inspiration photo and a sketch....

I was inspired by the pitcher (vase) , the flowers and colors.

I decided to grab an older retired image from my design team time at "Flourishes". It's definitely one of my good old favorites! I simply colored the image with Copic Markers..added some splash and some Sequins.

TIC TAC TOE CHALLENGE - #TTTC235 LET IT SNOW...

Hello again!

I'm back by with a second card.....this one is for the Tic Tac Toe Challenge...

Here is the #TTTC235 board hosted by Karren Johnson....

My card features the first column down - BLUE, SNOWMAN AND SPARKLE.

I pulled out one of my favorite snowman image from Flourishes. I simply colored it with Copic Markers, added some Design Paper, Ribbon and Gem Stones. At last, I punched out the sentiment and added some Glitter to the main image.

I'm stopping by with a new card for this weeks Inspired By Challenge - #IB226 Lemons....

I was inspired by the lemon theme and the colors.

I  L.O.V.E  Lemons...how about you?!?! 

I  pulled out an old Flourishes Set called Life, Love and Lemons...can't believe that's the only "lemon" set I have. I guess "an oldie, but still a goodie" so to speak. I randomly stamped the images in yellow and green. Next, I added the sentiment from the  PTI - Fruit Salad Set. At last I added some smaller Silver Pearls on to the lemons...voila!

INSPIRED BY CHALLENGE - #IB222 DECOR

Today we have a fun & bright Inspired By Challenge for you!

Here is this weeks #IB222 inspiration photo and/or a sketch for you to try...

My card was inspired by the colors, the chevron and the pitcher/vase.

When I saw the inspiration photo I know I wanted to use my Chevron Stencil I bought a few years ago. The tulip image is from the Flourishes -Tulips for Friends Set (retired). I colored the flowers with various Copic Markers and then fuzzy cut the image. The sentiment is from the Concord & 9th - Harvest Wreath Set. At last I added some Silver Pearls around the sentiment.

INSPIRED BY CHALLENGE - #IB219 WHIP CREAM DAY

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

Hope you had a wonderful Christmas Season and a great start into 2023?!?

Ours was peaceful and relaxing...loved every minute I was able to spent with my family. Now, I'm ready for a routine and I'm excited to be crafting again.

Today, I'm showing off a card for this weeks Inspired By Challenge - #IB219 Whip Cream Day...

Here is the #IB219 photo along with a sketch for you to be inspired by....

My card is featuring an older image from Flourishes....this was actually the only image I have, that had some "whip cream" on it. Looks delicious...some Hot Peppermint Cocoa....yum!!! This card came together super quick...I added some scoring on the top and bottom, next some left over DP pieces and the main image with the sentiment...plus the Silver Pearls...voila!

It's time for a new Tic Tac Toe Challenge - TTTC171 ......

Here is this weeks challenge board - TTTC171....

I chose the top row across - PICNIC, EMBELLISHMENT AND FLOWERS.

I pulled out a retired set from Flourishes LLC - S'more Fun and colored with various Copic Markers. I started out by placing some PTI Design Paper on my card base. Next I placed the main stamped image on top and added the sentiment from the Pretty Pink Posh - Summer Drink. I finished the card off with some PTI Ribbon & Button, plus some small Silver Pearls next to the sentiment....voila!

INSPIRED BY - #IB199C WARM WINTER

I'm stopping by with a card for the newest Inspired By Challenge......

Here is one of the inspiration photo's I've used - #IB199 and this weeks Sketch......

                                

 I was inspired by the colors (Kraft, White & Black), the gingerbread man/cookies and this weeks Sketch. 

I decided to pull out another "oldie but goodie" from Flourishes. My card is pretty straight forward...I stamped the Gingerbread images on my card base and added the Santa Cookies on a cut out Circled Die. Next I added the Ribbon and that's it.

INSPIRED BY - #IB198C WINTER BEAUTY

We are back with a brand new Inspired By Challenge.....

Here is the inspiration photo I chose this week...#IB198.... plus the bonus Sketch....

 

I was inspired by the snowflake and the Sketch. 

My color inspiration came from this weeks Color Throwdown #671.....Pink, Grey, Silver and White.

For this card I dug out one of my retired Flourishes Snowflakes Set and added another retired Papertrey Ink Snowflake Set. I started out with a SU - Blushing Bride CS and stamped the snowflakes with SU - Pretty In Pink Ink. The center snowflake was embossed with some Silver EP. I decided to "distress" the White & Grey CS. At last I added the sentiment, a Grey Ribbon and added some small and medium Silver Pearls in the center of the various stamped snowflakes.

Hope you are enjoying your summer? It's been busy around here with home and garden improvements.

I finally had a minute to sit down and craft a card for this weeks Tic Tac Toe Challenge - #TTTC123...

Here is the fun #TTTC123 board you get to choose from this week....

My card is featuring the TOP ROW ACROSS - SEQUINS, PEONY AND ORANGE.

I started out by scoring the background CS. The only "Peony" image I own is from an older retired Mother's Day Set from Flourishes LLC. The flowers were colored with Copic Markers and I decided to add some sparkles with the Zig Pen. The sentiment is from the PTI - Congratulations Mini Set. At last I added the Sequins and the Ribbon with a matching Button.

I decided to pull out an older retired set from Flourishes LLC called S'more Fun and colored with Copic Markers. Next I placed a Hibiscus Burst Scalloped Border Die behind the main image. The sentiment is from the Pretty Pink Posh - Summer Drink. The background was crafted with the Plaid Stencil - The Stamp Market. At last I finished the card off with a Stitched Hibiscus Burst Ribbon and matching Button.

My card is featuring the diagonal column - VASE/ BOTTLE, FRIEND AND FLOWERS. 

The Lenten Rose Set from Flourishes (retired) has always been a favorite of mine. Since this set has the vase/bottle and flowers already in one...I thought it was perfect for this weeks challenge...I matched it up with the sentiment from the PTI - Little Bitty Bird Set (retired). I scored the card base and added some beautiful DP is from My Mind's Eye - Howdy Doody Collection, a Doily, along with some matching SU Ribbon and a Button.

It's the last day of school here...my baby is officially a Junior in High School. We are looking forward to a fun and relaxing summer break!

This card came together super quick...I stamped the gorgeous Flourishes - Hydrangea Set with Momento Ink before coloring it with various Copic Markers. I matted the main image with the PTI - Amethyst Allure CS. The sentiment is from the PTI - Thinking of You Mini Set. At last I added some Silver Pearls...voila!

My inspiration came from the lemons and the yellow color.

I had to surge high and low for an image.... and came once again across an old Flourishes Stamp Set that featured some "lemons". I decided to match it up with the fun PTI - Fruit Salad Sentiment Set. For a bit more interest I sparkled up the lemons with some SU Glitter.
